Abstract

This paper seeks to study the criteria and methodology used by Uruguayan national doctrine and jurisprudence when analyzing abusiveness in the exercise of unilateral termination of distribution contracts. Based on this, the foundations of unilateral termination, the just causes of termination and the standard of good faith will be analyzed.
