In this article we reflect on the sexual difference argued in the Libro de cocina y organización doméstica of the Valdense teacher Ana Armand Ugon, published for the first time in 1925. It is not just a recipe book; also systematizes the teaching of the Escuelas del Hogar that were developed since 1918, which fits in economic, economic and moral policies of this training. This is intended to contribute to the construction of the History of Education with a gender perspective.
