Desenvolver a competência de trabalho em equipa num curso universitário

O trabalho em equipa é uma das competências-chave para o desenvolvimento de muitos profissionais, e ainda mais para os futuros engenheiros. É por isso que esta competência deve, em primeiro lugar, ser definida nos currículos destes cursos e, posteriormente, a sua aquisição pelos estudantes deve ser monitorizada e assegurada. O artigo aqui apresentado propõe um modelo que serve de referência para a compreensão dos factores e processos que decorrem do desenvolvimento do trabalho em equipa e completa-o com a definição de instrumentos que servem para avaliar o grau de consecução da competência por parte dos estudantes ao longo de uma licenciatura em engenharia industrial. O modelo foi testado com base em dados experimentais realizados numa escola de engenharia espanhola, embora tenha sido concebido de forma a poder ser adaptado a qualquer nível de ensino em que o trabalho em equipa seja definido como uma competência a desenvolver no aluno.
